- 2 chicken thighs have removed the skin
- 20 pieces of pineapple leaves
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster oil
- 2 teaspoons fish sauce
- ½ teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 lemongrass tree
- 2 rolls of coriander
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 lemon leaves
Chopped lemongrass, rolled coriander, garlic and lime leaves.
Slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Marinate meat with soy sauce, oyster oil, fish sauce, sesame oil and chopped lemongrass, coriander, garlic and lime leaves. Chicken should be marinated for at least 1 hour to soak the spices.
Wrap the marinated chicken with pineapple leaves.
Heat one cooking oil over medium heat. Hot oil, lower heat and fry the chicken until cooked. Remove the chicken and put it on a tissue to absorb excess oil.
