Fried chicken with pineapple leaves of Thai people

This pineapple leaf fried chicken dish with bold flavors of this land of Thai people will make your family meal more attractive.


  • 2 chicken thighs have removed the skin
  • 20 pieces of pineapple leaves
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster oil
  • 2 teaspoons fish sauce
  • ½ teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 lemongrass tree
  • 2 rolls of coriander
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 lemon leaves


Step 1

Chopped lemongrass, rolled coriander, garlic and lime leaves.
Slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Marinate meat with soy sauce, oyster oil, fish sauce, sesame oil and chopped lemongrass, coriander, garlic and lime leaves. Chicken should be marinated for at least 1 hour to soak the spices.
