The recipe for Thai style steamed coconut cake is both delicious and beautiful
Resources:
– 1 egg
– 50g brown sugar
– 75g flour
– 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 60ml coconut milk
– 4 pineapple leaves
Part topping:
– 50g shredded fresh coconut rice
– 1/4 teaspoon cornstarch
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– Cake steaming mold
Making:
Step 1: Pineapple leaves washed, chopped into a blender, added coconut milk to puree and filtered off the residue.
Step 2: Put the eggs and sugar in the bowl and mix well.
Step 3: Then add the coconut leaf juice and mix with the eggs when the mixture is even, then add the flour, baking powder and mix until the mixture is homogeneous.
Step 4: Mix salt, coconut rice and cornstarch together.
Step 5: Anti-stick for the mold with a little oil.
Step 6: Sprinkle copra on the bottom of the mold.
Step 7: Pour the cake dough mixture into the mold. Put the steamer on the stove, boil the water, then let the cake steam for about 15 minutes.
